· Adjust TRX system to fully lengthened position
· Grasp handles using a 45 degree grip
· Configure feet in a "t" position for shallower angles
· Raise extended arms overhead in a "Y" and avoid leading action with hips
· Maintain constant tension on TRX
· Return to start position using a slow controlled, eccentric motion
