Using the Suspension Anchor
- Always choose a supporting structure that is strong enough to support more than the user's weight.
- The Suspension Anchor should be attached to a solid structure between 7 to 9 ft above ground. The attachment point to the main body of the TRX Trainer hangs at 6 ft.

Using the Door Anchor
- The TRX Door Anchor (optional except with Force Training Kit), easily attaches to the TRX Trainer to enable you to workout on any sturdy, solid wood or metal door.
- Simply slide the Suspension Anchor off, and slide the Door Anchor on through the loop at the bottom of the anchor. It's that simple!

DOOR OPENS AWAY FROM YOU.
Using the Door Anchor on a door that opens away from you is more secure since you will be essentially pulling the door closed.
- Place the doorknob placard on the other side of the door.
- Toss the Door Anchor Pillow over the top of the door and close door.
- Weight-test to ensure a solid anchor before using.

- Place the doorknob placard on the otherside of the door.
- Toss the Door Anchor Pillow over the top of the door and slide it in the door jam.
- Close door and weight-test to ensure a solid anchor before using.
